Yes, there is. In order for Elegance In Frame to guarantee you the date you are requesting we require a deposit of $100 for all events, except for weddings we ask for 50% retainer.
Rather than cancel we can see if there is another date/time you prefer to move your event? If, cancelling is the only option we unfortunately do not give any refunds. The reason for this is because we hold that time specifically for you, which means we have to let other clients know the date/time are unavailable and limits the potential for a booking at that specific date/time.
Yes, we do. We have a professional FAA Part 107 certified Remote Pilot to capture your event. Your event must be located in airspace which is cleared for a Drone, we can then begin to plan accordingly (if you’re unsure the event is in airspace in which a Done is cleared by the FAA, please ask). All flights are taken very seriously and conducted under strict guidelines laid out by the FAA. As long as weather permits, you get permission from the property/company ownership to fly where the event is being held and all safety protocols are being followed we can promise amazing footage!
Yes, it is. The camera that is used to capture the media is a 48 megapixel camera which has the ability to shoot at 60 frames per second. What does this mean? You are going to have stunning shots of your event you wouldn’t have been able to get any other way.
Elegance in Frame takes great pride in each and every event contracted. In doing so we want to deliver the best product possible. Elegance in Frame will deliver your event as soon as it is completed. Depending on your scope of work (Cinematic, Commercial, Music Video, etc.) we can deliver within two to four weeks. If it is a larger event/project or multi-day event, which requires more media (Photos, Videos and/or Audio) to be captured, then it will take longer and we will give an approximate time frame after the event.

With this being said, it is very important for you our client, to make your vision as clear as possible prior to signing the contract with Elegance In Frame. Any concerns or information you think might provide insight into achieving the final vision you are expecting, must be shared with us prior to your event and will be included in the contract prior to signing.
We understand everyone has reasons and differences in why they would prefer not want to have their event used as promotional material for Elegance In Frame and we respect their decision. We always make it clear for any potential client wanting to use our services to please read through the contract as to fully understand what they are signing. The contract gives us full rights to use your event as promotional material, also because we are proud of our work and love to show potential clients (such as yourself) how amazing our past events looked. The reason you are reading this is because you have seen our work and have interest due to the high quality of content in which we produce. Understanding the reasoning as to why this is very important to us and how we are able to get such amazing people who want to book us for their events helps in growing our success.

Every year (which seems like every month the way technology evolves) we make sure to use the very best quality cameras on the market. Our cameras we are currently using are the Sony a7s III, Sony FX3, Canon R5 and the Canon R6. All of our lenses are the latest high end lenses. Each camera has different megapixels to capture the right type of image for the right moment. All have the capability of 4K and to shoot at various frame rates of 24, 30, 60, 120, and even 240fps (but, the picture quality will drop down to 1080p at 240fps).

Thank you for asking. We love seeing family and friends so excited they want to share the event with all of their friends and family. Elegance In Frame encourages everyone to share the event on their phones (of course this is allowed at the event, because you would like everyone to enjoy their time and be present in the moment by allowing us to capture these moments through pictures and/or videos).
By contracting Elegance In Frame to take photography, videography and/or droneography, we understand that Elegance In Frame will be the only sole contracted photographer, videographer, drone pilot and/or all three working your event. This includes not having your good friend and family member at the event competing for the “perfect shot”. To ensure we have the ability to capture all of the proper angles, moments and details it is important for us to focus solely on such things, rather than having to worry about someone taking that opportunity away from us by blocking the shot.

Elegance In Frame takes great pride in making sure the work we give to our clients is the very best. All files (Photography & Videography) are hand picked, touched up and/or edited, rendered (in the case of video), color graded, and looked through very thoroughly to ensure it captures the right tone or mood for your event.
Re-touch: Simple change of coloring, lighting, and/or sizing
Re-edit: Complex change of scene, removal of any objects, people, animals, structures etc., timing, song replacement, audio touch-ups, swapping of clips, text/title changes
